The Handshake Agreement (Return and Refund Policy)

30-Day Tack & Supply Returns

To keep our prices the lowest in the industry and pass those savings directly to you, all saddle sales are final. By eliminating the overhead of "trial periods" and "change-of-mind" returns, we ensure you get top-tier gear without the retail markup.

1. Manufacturer Defects We stand behind the craftsmanship of our saddles. A return will only be authorized if the item has a verified manufacturer defect (e.g., a flawed tree, faulty rigging, or structural failure).

Our Responsibility: If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.

Reporting Window: Defects must be reported to us within [48 hours] of delivery. Please inspect your saddle thoroughly upon arrival before it ever touches a horse.

2. Fit & Preference

Because we prioritize low pricing for the entire community:

  • We cannot accept returns for fit issues (horse or rider).
  • We cannot accept returns for "change of heart" or aesthetic preferences.
  • We encourage you to reach out to our team with measurements before you buy to ensure the best possible match.




For all other western tack (bridles, cinches, bits, etc.), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  • Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
  • The "No Abuse" Rule: We do not accept returns on items that show any signs of use, horse hair, sweat marks, dirt, or "trail miles."
  • Inspection & Refunds: Every return undergoes a thorough inspection. If an item is returned with signs of use or abuse at our discretion, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
